How do I modify the time / date of my individual lesson or semi-individual lesson?

Please note that you may only make changes to schedules if your package is an individual or semi-individual package.
If you are enrolled in a group course that follows a fixed schedule, we are not able to cancel the lesson for one student. You will, however, be able to watch the video of the lesson after the lesson has been held. In this way, you will be able to keep up with the class.
To modify your lesson time, you must first cancel your lesson and then perform a lesson request.
After you click on Request a Lesson, you will be prompted to add yourself and teacher to the lesson.
If you have an open package, you may select Package Hours from the service drop down menu.
If you do not have a package open, you may select another service that seems appropriate and the school will contact you about your course balance.
The location is always on ONLINE.
Dates are MMDD format and all times are PACIFIC TIME (+1 Denver, +2 Chicago, + 3 New York).
Click submit once you have chosen your time, and either the school or the teacher will send either acceptance, acceptance with modification or decline.
