How do I access live recordings of my lessons?

All Ciao Languages live sessions are recorded for quality purposes, but are available for the students to rewatch for up to 90 days after the date of the lesson, as they are still have an active package balance.
Lesson recordings may NOT be downloaded and remain copyrighted property of Ciao Languages.
In order to rewatch the recording of your lesson, go to the calendar view and click on the VIEW button of the desired lesson date/time.
In the subsequent menu, you will find a small recording icon (looks like an arrow).
