How do I cancel my individual or semi-individual lesson?

To cancel an individual lesson, go to your scheduling account and log in.
Go to calendar view and click on "VIEW" lesson.
Next to your name on the lesson appointment, you will see the "CANCEL" button.
You may cancel without losing your scheduled lesson if you have given at least 24 hours advanced notification.
After you have successfully cancelled your lesson, you will receive confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation message will classify the cancellation as either "missed" (billable) or "cancelled" (unbillable).
The time of the missed lesson will be deducted from your open package, whereas you will not be charged for any lesson classified as "cancelled."
